The Eastover Clinic is a physician-led, direct pay dermatology practice in Charlotte, NC, offering thoughtful, personalized care in a warm and refined setting.
We are building a small team and will be hiring for the following roles in late June 2026:
Medical Assistant
Ideal for a highly motivated pre-med or pre-PA graduate seeking meaningful clinical experience in a hands-on, physician-led setting (2-year commitment preferred).
Front Desk / Patient Concierge
A polished, organized individual who will own the patient experience from first contact through checkout, including retail operations.
Aesthetician
An experienced (3+ years) and collaborative aesthetician passionate about skin health, patient relationships, and delivering results-driven treatments.
Physician Assistant
5+ years dermatology and/or plastic surgery experience
A skilled PA with strong experience in cosmetic injectables and lasers; interest in lifestyle medicine, menopausal hormone therapy (MHT), obesity medicine, and nutrition is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
