Got questions?

We'd love to hear from you.

  • No. The Eastover Clinic will be a cash-pay practice and does not bill insurance. This allows us to be transparent and accessible to all patients regardless of insurance status.

Once we open, payment will be due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

As a courtesy to our patients, we can provide a detailed superbill for eligible medical visits that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement upon request. Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.

When we open and when appropriate, laboratory testing and prescriptions may still be run through your insurance. Some medications, compounded products, and administrative services may not be covered.

  • Our clinic specializes in a wide range of dermatological services, including medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, and lifestyle dermatology. We also provide care for more complex conditions such as skin cancer screenings and dermatological surgery.

One particular service that is unique to our clinic is dermatological care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. These conditions come with a broad spectrum of symptoms, including dry and sensitive skin, skin laxity and fragility, thinning hair or hair shedding, hormonal hair growth, increased redness, and more. We believe that skin health concerns can be linked to other aspects of your health (such as fluctuating hormones), and it’s important to see the whole-picture for a deeper, more personalized treatment plan rather than using surface-level solutions.

Please see our Services Page for more information about our areas of care.

  • Yes, when appropriate. We offer hormone therapy for women as part of a comprehensive, individualized approach to midlife skin and hair health. For some patients, this may include menopausal hormone therapy (MHT/HRT) to support concerns such as acne, hair thinning, dryness, and accelerated skin aging that can occur during perimenopause and menopause.

Our approach prioritizes FDA-approved options, with a focus on safety, efficacy, and evidence-based care. Treatment is physician-led and tailored to your goals, and we collaborate with your other healthcare providers when appropriate.

  • Appointment length varies based on your needs. We offer flexible booking options so you can choose the amount of time that best fits your concerns, whether it’s a focused visit or a more comprehensive consultation. To help us stay on schedule and give you the best experience, we ask that you book appropriately based on everything you’d like to address. Please reach out if you are unsure of how to book your appointment; we are happy to help!
